madali lang yang problema mo.ilang months ba target mong tumaba?hindi kasi pwede abrupt.delikado rin.anong level ng activity mo ba(lifestyle)?height,wt and age.5-6 times ka dapat kumain per day.sa breakfast pwede mong subukan (egg,friedrice,milk,fruit) am snack (cake and fruit juice), lunch(adobo,rice,veg,veg.salad,fruit juice or fruit,sweets) pm snack(sandwich and juice) dinner(escabeche,rice,milk,fruit,veg,veg.salad,sweet) midnight snack(milk and kakanin)..hope it can help..yung exchanges di ko alam eh..
