WARNING!
These are for advanced users only.
Do this at your own risk.
There is no guarantee that this would really prevent the firmware injector from destroying our modem but, this certainly will add more security and making our modems more troublesome for the culprit to crack

Login as ADMIN first then do the following

OMG! what went wrong?
i think may mali kang na-edit sa config mo.. pa-post ng in-upload mong config file. yung content nun in text form. for me to see.
I have done this with a lot of caution and when i uploaded my editted configuration, my modem rebooted but didn't have any problems after.
Sa mga susubok pa nito, be cautious and i am reminding you again, DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK

hmmm medyo naduling ako pagcocompare ng default dun sa editted config mo. and wala din naman akong nakitang mali sa ginawa mo, so there's no reason kumbakit di mo maaccess ang wimax mo. as you have mentioned, hindi mo pinaltan ang admin/user account names and passwords. isa yun sa mga mahalagang paltan to avoid being hacked and have your firmware injected. by the way, itong config na to, according sa gumawa eh hindi naman magiging sagabal sa pagpapalit ng MAC Address, you just have to remember your changed usernames and passwords [TELNET/GUI] or have it noted para di mo makalimutan. and purpose ng config file na to is serve as the default settings of your modem, kahit na mag restoredef ka sa telnet or sa Wimax GUI... therefore, you won't have to change your security settings and some minor QOS signal enhancer anymore even if you change your MAC ADDRESS.
